Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 555ph processes your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform our obligations under the 555ph Terms & Conditions, including Account management, payment processing, and game provision;
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable Philippine laws, including PAGCOR regulations, AML/CTF obligations, and tax reporting requirements;
- Legitimate interests: Processing for fraud prevention, platform security, and service improvement, where these interests are not overridden by your data protection rights;
- Consent: Processing for marketing communications and non-essential cookies, where you have provided explicit consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
555ph does not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients, strictly on a need-to-know basis and subject to appropriate data protection agreements:
- KYC and identity verification providers: To verify your identity and age as required by PAGCOR-regulated standards;
- Payment processors: GCash, Maya, and banking partners, to process your deposits and withdrawals;
- AML/CTF compliance partners: To screen transactions against sanctions lists and detect suspicious financial activity;
- Game software providers: Game providers may receive limited technical data (e.g., session tokens) necessary to deliver game content;
- IT and cloud service providers: Hosting, database, and security service providers who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements;
- Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the National Privacy Commission (NPC), the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine government authorities, where required by law or court order.
International Transfers: Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines (e.g., to cloud infrastructure providers), 555ph ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines.
555ph retains your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, subject to the following
retention periods:
- Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of Account closure, as required by PAGCOR regulations and AML/CTF obligations under Philippine law;
- Financial transaction records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of each transaction, in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and its amendments;
- Gaming activity data: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each gaming session, or longer where required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes;
- Support communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, unless the matter relates to an ongoing dispute or legal proceeding;
- Marketing consent records: Retained for the duration of your Account and for one (1) year following Account closure or withdrawal of consent.
Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
555ph implements appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction. These measures include:
- Encryption: All data transmitted between your device and the 555ph Platform is encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) protocols;
- Access controls: Access to personal data is restricted to authorised 555ph personnel and service providers on a strict need-to-know basis, enforced through role-based access controls and multi-factor authentication;
- Data minimisation: We collect only the personal data necessary for the stated purposes and do not retain data beyond the applicable retention periods;
- Security monitoring: The Platform is monitored continuously for security threats, intrusion attempts, and anomalous activity;
- Incident response: In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, 555ph will notify the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected players without undue delay.
Your Role in Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555ph Account login credentials. Never share your password with anyone. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, contact 555ph support immediately via live chat.
555ph uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit the Platform. We use the following categories of cookies:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Essential for the Platform to function, including session management, login authentication, and security. These cookies cannot be disabled.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences (e.g., language settings, game preferences) to provide a more personalised experience.
- Analytics cookies: Collect anonymised data about how players use the Platform (e.g., pages visited, session duration) to help us improve the service. These are only set with your consent.

Limitations: Certain rights may be limited where processing is required for compliance with a legal obligation, for the establishment or defence of legal claims, or where retention is mandated by PAGCOR or other Philippine regulatory authorities.
Age Restriction — 21+ Only: The 555ph Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from persons under 21 years of age.
If 555ph becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated Account. If you believe that a minor has registered on the 555ph Platform, please notify us immediately via the contact details in Section 13.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control tools and to monitor the online activities of minors in their care to prevent access to online gaming platforms.
555ph reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or regulatory requirements. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the mobile number or email address associated with their Account, and will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page.
We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the 555ph Platform following the publication of an updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes. If you do not agree with the updated policy, you may request Account closure in accordance with the 555ph Terms & Conditions.
